Since April 2023 at the Independent Institute for Environmental Issues (UfU) as project manager in the department “Climate Protection & Transformative Education”. Previously self-employed in the food industry as a co-founder of the company Kornwerk für die regionale Biodiversität producing regional plant based drinks from heirloom grain varieties to preserve the variety of grains. Before that PhD at the Institute for Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Potsdam in the field of geomorphology on the topic “Rockglaciers and mass movements in Central Asia”; Study of geosciences at the Leibniz Universität Hannover with a research stay at the Centre de Recherches Pétrographiques et Géochimiques (CRPG) in Nancy (France) for the diploma thesis in the field of paleoaltimetry entitled “Stable oxygen isotopes in volcanic glasses”.
