Half/half

The project “Introduction of the half-and-half energy-saving model in schools in the city of Leipzig” is an energy-saving program in schools as a bonus model. Educational campaigns, events and measures are designed to inform users about the sustainable use of energy and resources. At the same time, they are motivated to save energy and water in the participating schools. There are also plans to involve janitors so that their knowledge and motivation in operating the facilities is strengthened. The project has been running since 2017 and 36 Leipzig schools are now taking part. Current project information is published on the project website www.halbe-halbe.leipzig.de
