[vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”241271″]On 22. and 23 February 2018, the Independent Institute for Environmental Issues (UfU) organized the conference \u201cThe practice and current legal issues of environmental information law\u201d as part of the project \u201cEvaluation of the Environmental Information Act<\/a>\u201d on behalf of the Federal Environment Agency (UBA).<\/p>\n

65 representatives from authorities, project developers, environmental associations, trade associations, political decision-makers, lawyers and judges came together to discuss specific legal issues and experiences from the implementation of the Environmental Information Act (UIG).<\/p>\n
