To this end, the results of previous educational use of school photovoltaic systems were evaluated and transferred to other renewable energy systems, in particular small wind turbines. The first step involved a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the predecessor projects \u201cSolar support for schools\u201d and \u201cMaking renewable energies visible 1 + 2\u201d. The results led to the study \u201cUse, pedagogical integration and visualization of RE\u201d and were used to develop a handbook with recommendations for the pedagogical use of RE. As part of a feasibility study, the Reiner Lemoine Institute investigated the use of CHP at schools and, in particular, the technical and licensing requirements and practical conditions for the installation and operation of such systems. Educational pilot projects were implemented and evaluated at three educational institutions that already have CHP. The two studies and the handbook served as a basis for developing practical curriculum-related teaching suggestions for various types of schools and federal states. The result is also a detailed teaching unit that illustrates the interaction of renewable energies in decentralized and centralized systems, taking into account their use at educational institutions.<\/p>\n<h3>Offers for teachers and trainers<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The studies and training and teaching materials produced as part of the project are posted on this website and can be used &#8211;
