Under the title Forum on Environmental Legal Protection 2019: Experiences with the amendment to the Environmental Remedies Act (UmwRG) since 2017, the Independent Institute for Environmental Issues organized an event on 2. and On December 3, 2019, the first symposium of the current UBA research project “Legal Protection in Environmental Matters” was held at the Saarland State Representation.
More than 80 participants, in particular representatives of the Federal Administrative Court and the Higher Administrative Courts, from federal and state ministries and federal authorities, environmental associations and the legal profession as well as specialized lawyers, followed the various contributions and took part in the professional discussion in an open and lively atmosphere.
