Access to Justice 3 - Scientific Support for Access to Justice in Environmental Matters in the 21st Legislative Period
Im Auftrag des BMU und des UBA ging das Unabhängige Institut für Umweltfragen bereits in der vergangenen Legislaturperiode offenen Fragen zur Wirkung der Verbandsklagen im Umwelt- und Naturschutz nach. Anknüpfend an diese Untersuchungen und die langjährigen empirischen Untersuchungen des UfU zum Verbandsklagegeschehen, wie auch durch begleitende rechtswissenschaftliche Untersuchungen, soll auch in der 20. Legislaturperiode ein möglichst vollständiges Bild der jeweiligen Praxis geliefert werden, um dem Gesetzgeber und darüber hinaus der (Fach-)Öffentlichkeit entsprechende Wertungen, Rückschlüsse und Beurteilungen zu ermöglichen.
