The Taz reports about the UfU !
In a research project lasting almost three years, the Independent Institute for Environmental Issues, together with Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, was commissioned by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and the Federal Environment Agency (UBA) to comprehensively monitor the legal action taken by recognized environmental associations in the Federal Republic of Germany since the amendment to the Environmental Appeals Act in 2017 and to examine and evaluate it on the basis of empirical data.
