Call for Proposals: Development of an app for the Green Phone Service in Croatia
Since 1997, the telephone hotline "Green Phone" in Croatia has helped citizens identify environmental problems and find solutions, in cooperation with volunteers and authorities. UfU and Zelena Akcija are jointly working on a project to modernize and expand the Green Phone Service. The project focuses on the development of an online tool to identify environmental damage and highlight opportunities for participation. The 'Pametni Zeleni Telefon' (in English: 'smart green phone') is the digital evolution of the Green Phone. The mobile use of the service should facilitate the participation of citizens in environmental issues and also appeal to younger target groups. It is also intended to improve the quality of the environmental information that citizens provide to the relevant authorities with the help of the online tool.
For the technical work in the project, UfU calls for proposals for updating the business applications and develop a mobile app. Below, you will find the Terms of Reference (TORs) and a financial proposal Form:
